Foundations of Hope continues to be “the voice for the voiceless”, working tirelessly to advocate and improve the connections and integration of governmental and agency services with those affected by FDV. A key way that Foundations Of Hope enables this is through Danielle’s active participation as in-kind subject matter expert for public and private sectors. Insight and feedback from survivors is essential to foster real, constructive change in our community. This includes and is not limited to sitting on committees and boards for White Ribbon, the Healthy Relationships Strategies Group and HRSG Community Action Group.
Danielle also readily offers her time to raise awareness and educate the WA community about FDV, with regular invites as guest speaker to present at prominent public events and within private sectors such as for the Melbourne Police and Council, Soroptimist International of Western Australia 16-day Activism, West Coast Eagles 16-day Activism, Woman Can International in junction with the town of Bassendean, and the Soroptimist International Women’s Day Sundowner.
